Returns & Exchanges
At Dos Nueve Studio, we strive to create an enjoyable shopping experience. If you encounter an issue with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right! Please see below for how to address any issues with your order.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 [calendar or business] days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please send an email to shop@dosnuevestudio.com within 3 [calendar or business] days of delivery. We will ask you a few questions about your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to package your items and where to drop off your package. Items not approved for a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping, which means you are responsible for paying the return postage.
REFUNDS
You will be notified once we have received and accepted your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be sent in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 [calendar or business] days from the day we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
If your order was incorrect in any way or if an item was damaged or defective, please send an email to shop@dosnuevestudio.com within 3 [calendar or business] days of delivery with a detailed description. We’ll do all we can to remedy the issue.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for that item and initiate a return on the item you have.
FINAL SALE
All discounted items are final sale. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.
